We are always looking for more volunteers to help make this season run smoothly!
Parkside Little League is an all-volunteer organization. The success of our league is wholly dependent on our our ability to get volunteers to help us plan, organize, and execute our operations.
In other words: we can't do it without you!
There are many different ways you can help out as a volunteer:
- Serve as a team coach or assistant coach
- Join in our field maintenance days
- Support our picture day programs
- Help organize and run coaching clinics
- Support our year-end league carnival
- Volunteer as a team scorekeeper
- Sign up for shifts at our world famous snack shack (be prepared to serve a lot of snow cones!)
- Serve on the Parkside Little League Board of Directors
In the year ahead, we're specifically looking for the following skill sets:
- Light construction / building - We've got some light construction and maintenance to do in the off-season.
- Bookkeeping / Accounting - The league is in excellent financial shape, and we need a new treasurer to help us keep rolling
