Registration Info
Registration Fee: $275.00* - Includes use of West Orange uniform (game helmet, game jersey & game pants), and local and regional competition fees.
The following paperwork will need to be turned in before the season begins. An athlete's registration is NOT complete until all paperwork is turned in.
- 2024 Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form
- 2024 Pop Warner Youth Participant Medical History Form
- 2024 Athlete's completed Physical Health form (with Doctor's signature); any approved medical/sports physical form can be used.
- 2024 West Orange Pop Warner Registration Form
- 2024 West Orange Pop Warner Code of Conduct Form (with both Parent/Legal Guardian signature and Athlete's signature)
- Copy of your athlete's birth certificate (must be a clear copy showing the official seal)
- Copy of your athlete's current full-year report card (must be a clear copy showing student's name, student's school, and the grades for all 4 quarters/marking periods)

Practice Schedule
All Divisions - Practice starts August 1st. Practice schedule will be made by the Head Coaches.
Games Schedule
Regular season games will be scheduled on Saturdays.
The game days, locations and times will be released by Mid-Florida Pop Warner. Once the schedules are released, we will promptly inform all registered Parents/Legal Guardians.
