Registration Info
Registration Fee: $325.00* - Includes use of West Orange uniform, and local and regional competition fees.
The following paperwork will need to be turned in before the season begins. An athlete's registration is NOT complete until all paperwork is turned in.
- Recent Athlete Color Photo (Head and Shoulders ONLY taken within 1 year; Must be clear with even lighting against a plain white/light background; NO sunglasses, head coverings, additional people, animals, glamour shots, or filters; Athlete must face forward with eyes open and a neutral facial expression; uploaded to the Athlete's Sports Connect profile)
- 2025 Pop Warner Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form (Electronically-signed in the Athlete's Sports Connect profile)
- 2025 Pop Warner Youth Participant Medical History Form (Electronically-signed in the Athlete's Sports Connect profile)
- 2025 Athlete's completed Physical Health form (with Doctor's signature; any approved medical/sports physical form can be used; uploaded to the Athlete's Sports Connect profile)
- Copy of your athlete's birth certificate (must be a clear copy showing the official seal; uploaded to the Athlete's Sports Connect profile)
- Copy of your athlete's current full-year report card (must be a clear copy showing student's name, student's school, and the grades for all marking periods; uploaded to the Athlete's Sports Connect profile)

Practice Schedule
All Divisions - Practice starts July 15. Practice schedule will be made by the Head Coaches.
Games Schedule
Regular season games will be scheduled on Saturdays.
The game days, locations and times will be released by Mid-Florida Pop Warner. Once the schedules are released, we will promptly inform all registered Parents/Legal Guardians.
