Upper Arlington Softball Association
The Upper Arlington Softball Association (UASA) has proudly served the community since 1975, fostering a love of the game and supporting players at every level through three key programs: Bear Cub Softball, UA Golden Gloves, and School Team Support.
Bear Cub Softball, fondly known as Northam Softball, is our recreational program offering spring and fall seasons for PreK-6th grade girls. Focused on fundamentals, fun, and making new friends - t’s the perfect introduction to the game.
UA Golden Gloves is our travel program, now in its fifth year, where teams train at The Armory, win tournaments, earn national opportunities, and create lifelong memories with pizza parties and sleepovers. Our travel program complements school teams, emphasizing that as players grow, school teams become their true home base - the chance for friends to play together and win as one. We also very much appreciate our Gloves who live outside of UA, but choose to play with us because it’s a great fit for their player.
School Team Support is at the heart of UASA’s mission. We proudly back middle and high school teams, recognizing their vital role in the player journey. We’re especially grateful for Coach Doug Bell’s leadership and are happy to lend a hand when needed.
Fueled by the passion of a dedicated board of over 20 members, the Upper Arlington Softball Association is rooted in team and community. The future of UA softball is bright, and we can’t wait to celebrate future OCC championships together!
