Weekly Wednesdays are a fun mid-day activity for seniors in Floyd County! We'll have a variety of activities including educational speakers (BBB, AARP, the Alzheimer's Association, and more), physical activities (chair yoga and low-impact dance aerobics), and arts and crafts (coming soon)!
