We are Greenfield Central Youth Girls Basketball league.  We believe so much is learned on the court that can be applied in everyday life.  Basketball builds teamwork and communication, instills adversity and hard work, and fosters sportsmanship and spirit. See below for our 2025-2026 basketball opportunities.

2025 FREE Fall Skills Camp: Sundays in September at Greenfield-Central Junior High. We will offer two sessions depending on grade and skill set.  Please see registration page for more details. Session one is from 2-3pm and session two is from 3-4pm.   This is for all skill sets. This is a great opportunity to work on fundamentals prior to our season beginning.  Players should wear tennis shoes, bring a water, and a size 6 (28.5) women's basketball. We will have some available if your player does not have her own basketball. 

2025 Fall Lady Cougars Recreation League.  Registration Opens August 1, 2025!  Practice is held once a week at one of Greenfield Central's Elementary or Intermediate Schools. Typically one game is played per week but there may be up to two games depending on number of participants. Games are Saturdays at either Greenfield Central High School or Greenfield Central Junior High School for 8 weeks.  This is for all skill sets. 

2025-2026 Winter League.  We will be offering a travel based league for hand selected players with an advanced skill set. This league is an additional expense and is off-site.  We will be playing other area schools and non school travel teams. This league runs from January-March. Players will be contacted in November regarding registration details.

Other opportunities you will find throughout the year for Greenfield Central Youth Basketball is our summer basketball camp that is held by our very own GC High School players and coaches and youth open gyms in June and July.  Follow us on Facebook to stay up to date with all events and offerings!
