Parents can play many roles in sport: current or former athlete, coach, fan, motivator, role model or critic. A few studies have shown that family members may influence an athlete’s involvement and achievement in sport more than coaches. Parents also are the first and most critical agents at socializing sports.
Where Does The Money Go?
Do you ever wonder where your money goes? MRLL is non-profit organization that is funded entirely by its members. Unlike many leagues that use city facilities, we are responsible for the maintenance and funding of our entire facility.
The chart below gives you an idea as to where your registration fees go. We rely on those fees, along with our sponsors and money made at the snack shack, to keep the league funded year round.
Parents and Athletes
Parents and athletes need to manage their SportsConnect accounts to ensure they get the most out of their Murphy Ranch Little League experience during each sporting season.
