MONO COUNTY LITTLE LEAGUE

Tee Ball (League Ages 4-7)
(Non-Competitive)

Tee Ball is often a family's first introduction to Little League. Tee Ball is the entry level division for players ages 4-7. The experience is grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals while also being a key to growing a child’s love for the game.

Players use bats and balls designated specifically for use in this division, and each player bats off of a tee. The roster size for a Tee Ball team averages 7-8 players, with the season featuring 2 games per week.

Farm (League Ages 6-8)

(Non-Competitive)

The Farm division is one level up from Tee Ball. The experience, like Tee Ball, is also grounded in fun, fitness, and fundamentals while also being a key to growing a child’s love for the game. The primary difference from Tee Ball is that each player bats off of pitches thrown by either a coach or machine, as determined by the local board.

Farm rosters are typically composed of between 8 and 12 players, with the season featuring 2 games per week. The diamond used is a 60-foot diamond and the pitching distance is 46 feet.

*Players that are League Age 6 are required to play one season of Tee Ball before becoming eligible to advance to the Farm division.
