2026 Mono County Little League Spring Skills Assessment

All registered players that are LEAGUE AGE 8 AND OLDER should sign up to attend one Skills Assessment session. The signup form will be posted here in mid-to-late February. League Age 8+ players that do not attend the Skills Assessment will be added to teams by the player agent at the end of the draft. There are no makeup sessions.

Players should wear athletic clothing and bring a baseball glove. We will have bats and helmets available for players to use.

We encourage you to play catch/practice with your player(s) in the days leading up to the Skills Assessment. We also recommend having your player(s) warmed up before arrival at the assessment.

We use the assessment to assist with our draft process, balancing teams, and to evaluate the correct level of play for each player. 

Team Managers will be evaluating the following skills:

• Throwing 
• Catching
• Fielding
  
• Running
• Hitting
• Pitching
