Mono County Little League participates in the Little League District 51 Tournament, which is highly competitive and typically takes place in mid-to-late June. Practices begin immediately following the end of our regular season and are more frequent and intensive than during the regular season. Tournament schedules and locations vary by division and may require up to one week of travel. In order to participate as an All Star in the District Tournament, players must attend 75% of their scheduled All Star practices and 100% of their scheduled All Star Tournament games.
Mono County Little League participates in the following Little League Tournament divisions:
8 - 9 - 10 Year Old Baseball
10 - 11 - 12 Year Old Baseball
Juniors Baseball
*Little League International Tournament divisions are based on player ages rather than regular-season divisions (Juniors Baseball is the only exception).
Mono County Little League All Star/Tournament player selection is based on the following considerations:
Pre-Season Skills Assessment Scores
Coaches' Mid-Season Player Ratings (including Sportsmanship, Coachability & Reliability)
Player Batting Stats
