Dates: 10/7 & 10/8

Time: 9am-12pm

Our Football Camp is designed to give young athletes the perfect mix of skill development, fundamentals, and fun — all in a positive, high-energy environment.

Ages 5–9 | Future Stars

Our Future Stars group will focus on the fundamentals of football through engaging, age-appropriate drills. Athletes will learn the basics of:

Throwing and catching

Running with the football

Flag-specific skills like proper flag pulling

This group is all about building confidence, teamwork, and excitement for the game.

Ages 10–14 | Rising Stars

The Rising Stars group is open to first-time players as well as more advanced athletes looking to sharpen their game. Participants will work on:

Route running and timing

Throwing with accuracy

Catching techniques

Backpedaling with proper form

Flag football–specific skills for both offense and defense

Exhibition Games

To wrap up the camp, athletes will put their skills into action with fun 5-on-5 exhibition games, giving everyone a chance to compete, showcase what they’ve learned, and enjoy the game-day experience.
