Our spring skills program is designed for athletes interesting in trying cheerleading, working on improving their skills and focusing on building strength and flexibility to improve skills. Athletes will practice one day a week and work on improving their jump, tumbling, motion, and stunt technique. This program is designed to help athletes improve on skills that will be used during sideline cheer and competition season.
Please note: When our High school team starts growing more this will be split into 5th-8th and 9th-12th grade.
