One adult is required to attend Nationals with their athlete. All athletes are required to stay at the same hotel. The hotel list comes from Pop Warner Nationals. The hotel is selected by the YYTFC Cheer board with family needs in mind, including distance to venues, overall cost, accessibility, and additional logistical factors. You are responsible for booking your hotel room and flights/driving.
The Pop Warner Nationals fee is determined by Pop Warner. Travel expenses (flights/transportation, food) are not included in your athletes' National package.
YYTFC Cheer breaks the Nationals fee into 3 installments. Each installment can be 100% fundraised on your own.

If you do not raise the amount needed for an installment, the remainder balance will need to be paid out of pocket.
If you raise over the amount needed for an installment, the overage will be applied to the next installment. If there is still an overage after your athletes Nationals fee is covered, that remainder will go towards the competition program as a whole.
If in the event you need to withdraw from the program before September 1, any money paid out of pocket will be refunded. Any money fundraised will not be refunded.
