YYTFC Cheer depends on the active support and involvement of volunteers to operate successfully and deliver quality programming. The dedication of parents, guardians, and community members is essential to the organization’s mission and effectiveness. To ensure shared responsibility and support for YYTFC Cheer, it is a requirement that parents or legal guardians complete the designated volunteer hours for their athlete. These volunteer contributions help sustain our programs, foster community engagement, and reflect the collaborative spirit upon which YYTFC Cheer was founded. 

Volunteer hours must be accurately tracked and submitted in accordance with procedures established by YYTFC Cheer. All volunteer hours are subject to verification by the organization, and documentation may be required for approval. Failure to complete the required volunteer hours by the specified deadlines will result in your Volunteer Commitment check being cashed at the end of the season. You will be notified if/when your check will be cashed. Effective tracking and timely submission help YYTFC Cheer maintain accountability, demonstrate community engagement, and support the administrative needs of the organization. 

Requirements
-Sideline Cheer - 4 credits per athlete
-Competitive Cheer - 4 credits per athlete
Families with multiple cheer athletes are required to complete volunteer credits for a maximum of 2 athletes.
