The Waterset Oilers Youth Sports organization is committed to providing a positive, family-oriented environment where young athletes can grow, compete, and thrive—both on and off the field. As our program continues to expand, so do the needs required to support our athletes, coaches, and community.

Through our fundraising efforts, we aim to ensure every child has access to a safe, well-equipped, and enriching experience. Funds raised directly support critical organizational needs, including:

• Athletic Equipment: Helmets, shoulder pads, cheer gear, and safety equipment to protect and prepare our athletes
• Uniforms & Apparel: Game-day uniforms, practice gear, and spirit wear to build pride and team identity
• Facility & Field Costs: Field rentals, maintenance, lighting, and operational expenses
• Training & Development: Coaching resources, clinics, and skill development programs for athletes and staff
• Community Outreach: Events, sponsorships, and initiatives that give back to our local community
• Scholarships: Financial assistance to ensure every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances
