Board Candidates and Annual Meeting

Dear AHSA Family,

We are excited to announce new candidates for the AHSA Board: James Freymiller, Bethany and Joel Nance, and TJ and Debbie Bonzan.  Any AHSA member wishing to express their interest in running for a board position may submit their letter of interest. Per our AHSA By Laws, these candidates will need to pass a background check, sign a statement of faith, and will be voted on at the upcoming Annual Meeting. Of the current board members Tom and Jessica Atkinson have a year to serve. 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

• A general report and AHSA information from the President
• A Treasures’ report regarding AHSA financials
• A Registrar’s report regarding the past years registration and expected registration dates for upcoming seasons
• A thank you for each coach and a recap of the season for each team
• Election of Board Members
