On-Ice Classes:
Instruction focuses on proper technique, anaerobic capacity development, coordination, and power.  The class employs a series of drills and endurance training. Encouraged for all figure skaters at Basic 6 level and above.
"Ice Class" was developed by 1976 Olympic Figure Skating Champion, John Curry.  The focus is on attention to the details: deep, clean edges that are well-defined, flow and grace of movement, and ease of turns. A very beneficial class for skaters who are Basic 6 level and above.
This class is based on the school figures that were once a part of our competitive structure. Skater will learn turns and edges on circles in order to perfect them for there own skating skills as well as moves in the field performance.

This class combines high quality artistic training with the basics of dancer health and child development. Our Ballet class stress the anatomically correct use of classical ballet technique, while acknowledging the skeletal structure of each student in order to prevent injuries.

This class will develop the athlete’s core strength and agility. Class will be taught by a certified personal trainer.
Off-Ice Jump class
This class will develop the athlete’s fine motor skills, gain height and precision while building muscle memory.

Focus on Spin technique from some of the Spin legend such as Janet Champion and Gus Lussi. Covering improving your center, speed, variation and change of edge, etc.

Stretching exercises will improve flexibility and freedom of movement as well as reduce the chance of injury during skating or other sports. This class is taught by certified gymnastics teacher.
