Dear Parents,

Due to insurance liability issues and as a league chartered through the Babe Ruth Baseball organization, our Hertel North Park Youth Baseball League is required to verify birth certificates of all participants in our baseball and softball programs.

If the league verified your birth certificate last season, then we do not need to re-verify for this season.  If you are new to the league or did not provide a birth certificate last year, then you will need to provide one before Opening Day.

There are 4 options available to accomplish this:
1) perhaps the easiest, snap a picture of the birth certificate with your smartphone and email it to [email protected] with the subject: Birth Certificate
2) upload an image via your child's registration page at www.hnpybl.com
3) drop off a copy at the park when you bring your child to practice.
4) mail to Don Morris, 1724 Colvin Blvd, Buffalo, NY 14223

All electronic copies received will be permanently deleted from the system and paper copies will be destroyed once verified.
