Individual and Group training is back and will kick off January 17th!  Players have the chance to train 1 on 1 with a coach of their choice or in groups of 2-4. The individual attention from our qualified staff will help our players improve upon aspects of their individual game that they might not be able to work on in the team environment, and help them form good habits coming into the spring season and beyond. 

2023 Individual and Group Sessions will be held at Emerson Elementary School in La Crosse.

This program runs Monday-Thursday with 3 sessions each night.  Sessions are 45 minutes long with the following timeslots.

6:00-6:45 PM
7:00-7:45 PM
8:00-8:45 PM

Sessions will run from Tuesday, January 17 - March 9, 2023.
