Wisconsin Rush Select: A Training and Showcase Opportunity for Elite Players
We are excited to announce a new player development and showcase initiative for all our Rush players in Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Select Showcase will be open to all registered Rush players in Rush Wisconsin (Middleton), Rush Wisconsin West (La Crosse), Rush Wisconsin Southeast (Kenosha), Elkhorn Rush, Geneva Lakes Rush (Fontana) and Delavan Rush.
The primary goal of this initiative is for all 6 Rush clubs to form one Top Tier Select Program for the State of Wisconsin. We are piloting this program for Boys and Girls at the 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Birth Years. The program will take the best 22 players at the stated birth years in Wisconsin to compete at Regional and National Collegiate Showcase events. We will also be competing in the US Club Soccer Regional Championship event.
It is important to note that players will still be assigned and play all regular league and tournament games with their own club team in their local area. This program is offered as an additional opportunity and will not conflict with local club team practices, league games or tournaments.
Boys tryouts are Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Big Foot High School in Walworth, WI (401 Devils Lane, Walworth, WI 53184). Tryouts are free.

The cost of registration for this program is $450 per player. We anticipate tournaments to cost an additional $200 per player, per event. Players are only assessed the $200 fee if they are selected to participate in an event.

What does the $450 player registration fee include?
* Uniform Jerseys
- 2 per player
* Training
- Training will occur between the months of November, January to June they will get 12-15 training sessions
- Training will be centrally located to the degree possible. Current training sites might include Madison and Elkhorn, Wisconsin
* College Assistance Programming (CAP)
- Individual and group meetings with players and parents on the CAP process and all things pertaining to the college placement process
* Video
- We will video all games for player and coach instruction. Additionally we would like to increase the video library for each player to send to college coaches.
* Classroom Sessions - Rush Select Way
- Tactical Classroom sessions to review Rush Select Curriculum and Methodology. Review all game footage for individual and player improvement instruction.
* What does the $200 Tournament registration fee include?
- Tournament Registration and Coach Expenses (flight, hotel, food and car rental)
