Ice Cream representatives organize volunteers to work ice cream Fridays sponsored by the PTO and communicate with vendors regarding purchase orders etc.

Mumpkin Sale representatives coordinate mumpkin event, work with the mumpkin company and organize volunteers.

Party Fees representatives arrange for scouts to do flag ceremony at PTO General meetings, distribute PTO party fee communication, collect, and record PTO party fees.

Receptions representatives organize/coordinate PTO sponsored receptions and organize/facilitate graduation brunch/reception/dance and organize volunteers.

Room Parent representatives select/organize room parents, coordinate/distribute all printed materials for bake sales, oversee/stock up for bake sales and assist if needed and send reminders for parties, teacher gifts, etc.

Secret Santa representatives purchase the merchandise for Secret Santa Shop, coordinate events and organize volunteers.

Sunshine Committee keeps track of staff birthdays, surgeries, family deaths, etc. and sends cards (gift if necessary) and organizes meals/items for school families in need.

Holiday Split the Pot representatives organize/coordinate the sale of holiday split-the-pot tickets and announce the winner at Secret Santa Shop.

Teacher Liaison is the communication between the administration and the PTO.

Walk-a-Thon representatives coordinate the walk-a-thon event, organize committees/volunteers for the event and oversees committees.

Uniform Exchange representatives coordinate uniform exchange event, organize volunteers for event, maintains the condition of the uniform room, and provides uniform assistance to families throughout the school year when needed.

Technology/Communications representative manages the PTO's social media presence ensuring frequent and relevant posts, maintains the PTO website; including partnering with Hot Lunch for online ordering and manages and sends all PTO emails.
