What is Flag Football?

Co-Ed football is a great way to introduce kids to the game of football and to enhance skills for returning athletes. Flag is a non-contact sport that welcomes all skill levels! During the spring ages 5-13 are eligible for flag. During our fall season age 5-6 are eligible for flag. Anyone older would play tackle during the fall season.
