-complete online registration 
*this includes electronically signing the 2024 Participant Contract & 2024 Physical Fitness Medical  Wavier Forms  
- copy of birth certificate 
-2 copies of 2nd trimester or 3rd quarter report card
-2x2 color Headshot 

When do practices start?
Practices will begin in mid May 2-3 times per week Tues-Thurs. from 6-730 pm

Where are practices held?
Practices will be held at Clay Central Park

What equipment is needed?
Flag Football- Cleats, mouth guard, water bottle 
Cheerleading- sneakers & water bottle
