Athletic physicals are required for any 7th or 8th grader participating in a PAL League.  Forms must be turned into the Middle School main office before participating in any practice or competition.  


Physicals MUST be turned in PRIOR to participating in the sport season of your choice.  Specific deadlines will be sent out once Fall season information is determined.
