2024 Season - Please Register According to Grade in Fall 2024
- Alma PAL Tackle Football participates in the Central Michigan Youth Football League.
- Travel is required.
- Depending on division, teams practice 2-4 times/week.
-Early Registration, April 1-30: $80 Early equipment handout incentive.
-Regular Registration, May 1-July 31: $100
-Late Registration, Aug 1 or Later: $120
- all equipment/jerseys included and a t-shirt that the participant will keep.
- Games are played on Saturdays and will run for 7 weeks, first game September 10th.
- Scrimmage and weigh-in date near end of August
Central Michigan Youth Football League Rules
5th/6th Grade: Four, 8 minute quarters with a 10 minute halftime. No Overtime
6th Allowable Weights: Backfield Position: 125lbs, Offensive Ends: 135lbs
5th Allowable Weights: Backfield Position: 110lbs, Offensive Ends: 120lsb
7th/8th Grade: Four, 10 minute quarters with a 10 minute halftime. No Overtime.
8th Grade Allowable Weights: Backfield Positions: 165lbs, Offensive Ends: 175lbs
7th Grade Allowable Weights: Backfield Positions: 150lbs, Offensive Ends: 160lbs

***Volunteer Coaches are needed!! Please fill out the volunteer form when registering your child or complete the form located at the top of this page under Coaches/Volunteers. *** ***All 7th and 8th Grade Participants are required to have a completed Athletic Physical turned in to the Middle School Main office by August 4th. (form can be picked up in MS Main office)*** Committee head, coaches and administrator cannot accept physicals.
