Secondary Insurance Information

Part of your registration fee with our programs is an insurance fee. This provides you a secondary insurance that covers what your primary insurance does not. This may be limited to copays and maximums based on the secondary insurance terms.

If you wish to file a claim please complete the form and contact the PAL Administrator.

All Claims must be filed within 90 days of the incident and PAL must have received an incident report from the supervisor on site when the incident occurred.
