SJEB FC @ HOME TRAINING ROUTINE
SJEB FC players need to be touching the ball at home 5-8 hrs per week outside of what they do with their team. I have created a 90 minute @ home technical training program using some of the best videos on youtube, easy to follow for you child on their own with their phone, Ipad or computer. This workout should be done on nights players are not training with their team.

These are tried and tested methods, and I personally have had 80+ players in the past 5 years go onto high level college, national team, regional teams and ID programs because they put those hours in using these methods.  As a soccer parent you have a huge role to play in your child's development, please encourage/show/guide/participate with them until they establish a routine and work at their technical game at home on their own. There are many more great videos on youtube, but these are my personal favourites.
