TECHNE FUTBOL

We’re very excited to announce that we are partnering with Techne Futbol to provide a resource that will guide players in their individual training at home. We have purchased a club wide subscription for our U8-U12 Boys and Girls age groups.

We need parents and coaches to buy into the use of Techne Futbol so that players are getting the necessary touches on the ball at this age to ensure that when they turn U13 they have built a solid technical foundation. Technical development starts at home, the SJEB FC team training sessions are geared more for tactical and physical development.

SJEB FC players are renowned for their technical ability which is developed through hard work at home. The Techne Futbol app is a great resource for players to use to put in the hours at home necessary to play good football.

There is new content every week, players can compete with their teammates, and coaches will be able to keep track of players’ training activity.

One parent per player will be receiving an email invitation to join Techne Futbol so you can access the app and all of the training content for free! If you do not see the email, please be sure to check your spam folder and all email addresses it may have been sent to. Once you register, you can change the email associated with the account.

Track team and player training stats
Set-up weekly wrap-up reports directly to the coach's email inbox
Manage and update their team rosters

The Techne app tracks player's time by timing themselves using the app timer for 1, 2, or 3 minutes as they train at each drill. Then the time is added to their training log and they can repeat the drill or continue to the next.  A lot of the drills have 'Level Up' and/or 'Level Down' options and players are encouraged to work at their skill level.
