The Rush Select program is an international program in which Rush Soccer forms "all star teams" that are comprised of the top Rush players from all across Chicagoland, the country and the world.  The program starts from age U13 and is available through a player's career with Rush Soccer ending at U19. These teams attend various events, both in the US and internationally on a yearly basis. The players get to see new ideas, play with top talent, learn from new coaches and develop as a player in a way most clubs across the country can not.  The program's aim is to give the top players within Rush unique learning experiences that help them evolve as both a player and a person.

Chicago Rush holds Rush Select tryouts in the spring of every year. Players from all area Chicago Rush locations are invited and evaluated for the Chicago Rush Regional Select Program (the next step in our Developmental Pyramid). There is a Chicago Rush Select team at each age group from U13 through U19 for both genders. Participation in the Rush Select program is highly competitive and making this team in one year does not guarantee making the team the following year. Chicago Rush Select teams have supplemental trainings and tournaments throughout the year. Beyond the Chicago Rush Select Regional team is the Rush National Select Program in which Chicago Rush players may be invited to tryout against other players across the country as Rush Soccer forms a National team.
