The mission of Ringgold Youth Basketball Association (RYBA) includes ensuring that its basketball program encourages and develops youth basketball skills and fosters a love of basketball in a safe place and positive environment with every player. This should include teaching skills development, teamwork and good sportsmanship. RYBA encourages the development of its players in an enjoyable and educational format. If the issue is still unresolved or no response received, you may then contact RYBA directly by email. This includes any complaints about coaching decisions during a game such as individual playing time. This concern may be addressed with the associated Head Coach with additional participation from an assistant coach or other appropriate team representative 24-hours after the conclusion of the game. Both parents/guardians and coaches have the right to request the participation of an assistant coach and/or team representative for any discussion. If the issue is not properly resolved a formal complaint may then be filed with the RYBA board by the Team Representative in a written statement via email.
