REGISTER BELOW

In an effort to simplify the registration process and the overall cost our families incur during the season: we have rolled elements of the seasonal fees into one flat cost. Registration fees go to cover the costs of field rentals, lights, insurance, national dues, league fees, payment of game referees, equipment replacement and repair. 

It is our policy to never allow registration fees to prohibit participation.  If you have a financial hardship and would like to apply for scholarship funding, please contact our Football Director, [email protected]

In addition to the items listed above the following is also included with the cost of registration and provided to every player:

• Helmet – All players will be outfitted with a NOCSAE Certified helmet that meets all current condition standards. 
• Shoulder Pads – All player will be outfitted with youth shoulder pads that meet all current and up to date safety standards.
• Practice Jersey – Players will be provided a different colored practice jersey to help separate teams on the practice fields.

• Custom Game Uniform – Each player is provided a NEW personalized team jersey and game pants to keep at the end of the season. Uniform purchases will be done after the registration process and scheduled fitting.  
• Game Socks – all players will be provided teams socks (October ONLY) which will be coordinated with the game day uniform.
  

Each player will be required to provide the following: Football cleats, mouth guard, cup, and white football pants for practices. There will also be an opportunity to purchase additional personalized gear for your athlete.

Required Forms and Links

All participants for football and cheer should first register online by clicking the "Available Programs" on the "Registration Info" tab.  Once you have registered online, please complete the following forms as noted below.

Prior to the first practice in July, all Wayne Wildcat athletes must provide hardcopies of each of the following:

• Physical dated after Jan. 1, 2026, signed by a medical professional. This form can be used but not mandatory Pop Warner Physical Form
• Wayne Wildcat Emergency Treatment Authorization Form
• Wayne Wildcat Parental Requirements Form
• Final 2025-2026 report card 

All of these items are required prior to participating in any practices for all athletes - both football & cheerleading. The above can be dropped off at any pre-season registration event and/or the first week of conditioning.
