  • Your child's most recent physical (Upload under Medical Doctor Signature)
  • Your insurance information
  • Most recent report card

Welcome to the Milford Jr. Spartans Cheer registration! We are thrilled to have your athlete join us for the exciting 2025 fall season. We are dedicated to providing a positive environment where athletes can thrive, build leadership skills, and master the techniques of the sport. We can't wait to embark on this journey with your athlete and watch them grow both on and off the mat. 

Prior to the start of the season, please ensure your athlete has the following:
  • One pair of white cheer shoes
  • White no-show socks
Additional information regarding schedule and team placement will be provided this summer prior to the season kick-off.

Jr. Tiny Mite (3-4)
Tiny Mite (5-7)
Mitey Mites (7-9)
JR. Peewee (8-11)
JR. Varsity (10-13)

Placements are subject to change based on registration numbers and tumbling ability. Register for any team, and placement will be made after registration has closed.
