IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CHEER PARENTS: A copy of your child's birth certificate and up to date physical must be uploaded at the time of registration. Please ensure you have all documents available prior to registering. The physical can be uploaded under "Medical History"

2024 Fall Cheer

Welcome to the Milford Jr. Spartans Cheer registration! We are thrilled to have your athlete join us for the exciting 2024 fall season. We are dedicated to providing a positive environment where athletes can thrive, build leadership skills, and master the techniques of the sport. We can't wait to embark on this journey with your athlete and watch them grow both on and off the mat. 

Prior to the start of the season, please ensure your athlete has the following:
  • Two pairs of white cheer shoes - One for indoor use only, and one for outdoor use
  • White "no show" socks 

Additional information regarding schedule and team placement will be provided this summer prior to the season kick off.

To complete registration, a copy of your child's birth certificate and proof of an up to date physical will be required.
