Elections : Elections are held before the start of each new season, with a number of board seats becoming available annually. Anyone interested in learning more about or being nominated for a board position for the 2025-2026 season should email their inquiry to
[email protected] by July 31, 2025.
Board Meetings : Meetings are typically held on the first Monday of each month and are open to all members in good standing who wish to attend. Please see our calendar for confirmed meetings.
Minutes & Financials : As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in the State of California, minutes and financial records are available upon request to any member in good standing. Please note that processing such requests may take up to five business days. Request should be sent to
[email protected]Annual General Membership Meeting : Each year, Golden Hill hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM). If important governance updates require a vote, the meeting will be held at a special venue capable of accommodating a larger audience. In years when no vote is necessary, the AGM typically takes place during a league event, giving members the opportunity to meet the leadership team, receive updates, and ask questions about all things Golden Hill.
