LITTLE LEAGUE IS FOR EVERYONE
At Lev-IT Baseball & Softball, we believe every child deserves the chance to play — no matter their family’s financial situation. Together with Little League International, we’re committed to ensuring that financial hardship never stands in the way of getting on the field.
There are several programs available to help cover participation costs. Please explore the options below to see what might work best for your family:

T-MOBILE LITTLE LEAGUE CALL UP GRANT
The T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant Program is committed to helping families in need by covering registration fees associated with local Little League programs so that every kid has the chance to play. Little League and T-Mobile share the belief that every kid should have the chance to experience Little League. This program is available to families in need who can present verifications, such as a Free/Reduced Lunch Verification letter, SNAP, WIC, Foster Child Paperwork, or Enrollment in Medicaid or State Health Plans. EVERY KID SPORTS PASS
Every Kids Sports Pass provides parent grants to cover registration fees for ANY youth recreational sport.
The Spring Sports Grant Application opens annually in January. The application portal opens promptly at 1PM EST each day and remains open until the daily funds are depleted. Please review the pre-application checklist and have all of your information ready.

LEV-IT BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL DIRECT ASSISTANCE
If a player is unable to secure a T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant or Every Kid Sports Pass, Lev-IT Baseball & Softball remains committed to ensuring every child can play.
Before applying for direct financial assistance through Lev-IT, families are encouraged to first apply for the T-Mobile Call Up Grant and/or the Every Kid Sports Pass. If your family does not qualify for either program, or if funding is no longer available, please include documentation of your application denial with your Lev-IT Financial Assistance Form.
Our goal is to ensure that every child who wants to play has the opportunity to do so, regardless of financial circumstances.
Our financial assistance program provides support in the following ways:
• Full assistance covering all registration fees
• Partial assistance covering a portion of registration fees
• Equipment assistance with gently used gear needed to join a team and participate in baseball or softball
How to Apply for Financial Assistance
Financial assistance requests are processed individually and reviewed on an annual basis by the Lev-IT Baseball and Softball Board of Directors.
• Please complete the financial assistance form
• Once submitted, the Lev-IT Baseball and Softball Board of Directors will review the request
• If additional information is needed, our player agent will reach out to you directly
• Applicants will be notified of a financial assistance decision within seven (7) days
Financial Assistance Terms and Conditions
If financial assistance is awarded, the following terms and conditions apply:
•Financial assistance covers all or part of the registration and uniform fees for one season.
•Players must re-apply each year. Receipt of financial assistance for one season does not guarantee assistance for a future season.
•Parent/Guardian/Player (14+) is expected to assist the league in a volunteer capacity for a minimum of 10 hours each season in the snack shack or other capacity as agreed upon by the volunteer coordinator. Additional roles may include: coaching, assistant coaching, assisting with special events, field maintenance.
•In the event that volunteer hours are not completed, future financial assistance will be denied.
•The player must meet all residency and age requirements to play for Lev-IT Baseball and Softball.
•Waivered players are not eligible for financial assistance.
•Families receiving financial assistance are not eligible to participate in fundraising to recoup costs.
