Our league is seeking passionate, energetic, and experienced leaders to support our Spring 2026 Baseball & Softball Development Programs. These roles are central to shaping the growth, confidence, and enjoyment of our young athletes.

                                                                                        

DIRECTOR POSITIONS

Director of Baseball Development
Director of Softball Development

Term: March 2026 – June 2026

Salary: $5,000

Responsibilities:

Lead, operate, and attend all Spring Training Camp sessions

Lead, operate, and attend three-days-per-week instructional workshops

Create a positive learning environment that fosters skill development and love for the game


Additional Opportunities:

Coach a travel team (additional salary)

Offer private/small-group training (additional income)

                                                                                          

LEAD INSTRUCTOR POSITIONS

Lead Baseball Pitching Instructor
Lead Softball Pitching Instructor
Lead Baseball Hitting Instructor
Lead Softball Hitting Instructor
Lead Baseball Catching Instructor
Lead Softball Catching Instructor
Strength & Agility Coach

Term: March 2026 – June 2026

Salary: $3,500

Responsibilities:

Report to the Director of Baseball or Softball Development

Attend all Spring Training and in-season workshops

Deliver instruction aligned to your specialty

Additional Opportunities:

Coach a travel team (additional salary)
