When is the season?  Our season begins with practices after April 1st and we wrap up our spring intramural season with our Championships & Hometown Heros Festival on Saturday, June 13.

There will be a Summer Intramural season for 2026, start date TBD.

When will I know what team my child is on?  Teams are formed mid to late March.  Your child's coach will contact you to introduce themselves.

What are professional spring training?  We hold professional spring training clinics by age groups March 14, 21, 28 and April 4 at Common Sense Baseball (CSB) in Westbury. These are included with Spring Registration. You need to register to reserve your spot. 

 It is a fun way to practice some baseball fundamentals to prepare for the Spring season. 

When do practice/games begin?  Optional team practices begin the week of April 6th and the regular season begins Monday, April 13th.

When is practice?  Practices are Monday and Wednesday evenings. Additional practices may be scheduled at the discretion of your child’s coach. Coaches will notify you of your practice days and times.

When are games?   Most of our divisions have one game scheduled during the week and one game on Saturday.

What equipment does my child need?  All players need their own glove.  We also suggest that each player have their own batting helmet and bat.  All Softball Players must have a batting helmet with a face cage attached.  All Baseball players in our Rookie 6 and  above must use a batting helmet with a face cage.
