LEV-IT BASEBALL & SOFTBALL IS OFFICIALLY WILLIAMSPORT-BOUND
Lev-IT Baseball & Softball is an official Williamsport-participating Little League for players ages 9U–12U.
For the 2026 season, we will be fielding 10U and 12U Williamsport teams for BOTH baseball and softball, with the potential to add an 11U team if enrollment allows.
What is Williamsport?
Williamsport is Little League’s exclusive international All-Star tournament pathway — an opportunity only available through official Little League programs.
Players represent their league and community in postseason competition that can advance through district, sectional, state, and regional play — with the ultimate goal of reaching the Little League World Series in Williamsport, PA. This experience cannot be replicated by private clubs or travel organizations.
Williamsport Player Eligibility
Tryouts & Selection
- Tryouts will be held in May
- Rosters announced by the end of May
- Teams are selected through separate tryouts and a ranking committee based on performance
- Players must have participated in at least 8 intramural games to be eligible
Residency/School Requirements
Players who are not currently part of the Lev-IT Baseball & Softball community and do not reside within the Levittown/Island Trees Little League district must obtain a waiver from their home Little League in order to be eligible to try-out and must enroll in Lev-IT Spring Intramurals.
Age Eligibility Rules Overview:
Ages 4-7:
Players in this range can choose any little league and maintain eligibility for future tournament play (International Tournament/Williamsport) if they remain in that specific league
Age 8+ Boundary Rule:
Players age 8 or older must reside or attend school within the league's boundaries to be eligible without a waiver
The "Unbroken" Participation Rule:
Players who have participated in Lev-IT continuously since age 7 remain eligible even if they move outside league boundaries
Documentation:
A Tournament Player Verification form or official proof of age and residency must be provided.

Player Commitment
Williamsport requires an additional time and attendance commitment during and after the regular Hot Stove season.
Players must prioritize Williamsport activities above other teams or tournaments, except in the case of serious emergencies.
Example:
If a player is rostered on a travel team (Patriots, Force, or another club) and a conflict arises between a Williamsport practice and a travel game/practice, Williamsport practice takes priority.
Failure to meet this commitment may result in forfeiting a roster position to allow waitlisted players the opportunity to participate.
