NP Elite FC invites all members to attend our Annual General Meeting as we reflect on the past year, celebrate the growth of our club, and look ahead to the future of NP Elite FC.

As a nonprofit organization, the AGM is an important opportunity for members to stay informed, hear updates from club leadership, and participate in the election process for our Board of Directors. Elections are held in accordance with club bylaws, with each elected position serving a two-year term.

This meeting will include Voting Members of the club, which consist of the Executive Board, Directors, and up to two carded representatives per team (coaches, assistant coaches, managers, etc.) participating with NP Elite FC.

For clarity, only current Voting Members in good standing with NP Elite FC at the time of the meeting, as defined in the Club Bylaws and Good Standing Policy, are eligible to vote at the AGM.

We encourage all eligible members to attend, get involved, and help shape the continued success of our club and community.

UPDATE- Wednesday, May 27, 2026

We would like to provide an important update regarding the NP Elite FC Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Out of necessity due to scheduling constraints and a delay in the return review of the proposed amended Bylaws performed by the nonprofit consulting firm, Benevolent Vision, the NPEFC Board has determined and voted that we must postpone the AGM.

The new date for the AGM will be:

Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Country Harvest – Newbury Park

We intend on providing the amended Bylaws for review, along with the meeting agenda, next week.

As previously communicated, this meeting will include Voting Members of the club, which consist of the Executive Board, Directors, and up to two carded representatives per team (coaches, assistant coaches, managers, etc.) participating with NP Elite FC.
