I pray that this finds all of you and your families safe and healthy. It is truly refreshing to begin to see movement out and about within our communities again.

As things continue to develop, we wanted to take a moment to update you as to where things stand to-date. Previously, we had offered a free Summer 2020 registration, however, there have not been enough players registered for Summer 2020 to create the league.  The Summer 2020 Season will have to be cancelled. Those who have PAID for Summer 2020 will receive a full refund.

We have processed and issued all of the requests for the $20 Fundraiser Refund.  Since doing so, we have been reviewing the finances for the club and have concluded that we can offer yet another set of options for processing the Spring 2020 season. 

Below are the three final options that we have for our members regarding the Spring 2020 Registration Fees:

1. Tax Deductible Donation – Click the survey link below and select “Tax Deductible Donation”.  Once you fill out the information, your information will be verified and a Tax Deduction Letter of Receipt will be mailed to you. Tax Deductible Donations will be used to help keep Dynamo Soccer Club in business through these difficult times.
2. Fall 2020 Credit – Don’t do anything, and you will receive an $85 credit for U5-U19 participants, and a $75 credit for U4 participants, to use toward your Fall 2020 Dynamo Recreation Registration.
3. Cash Refund – By selecting the “Cash Refund” button, in the survey link below, you will be issued a refund check in the amount of the registration fee ($85 for U5-U19 and $75 for U4) minus a $20 administration fee. Your refund check will be in the amount of $65 for U5-U19 participants and $55 for U4 participants. Click the survey link below and select Cash Refund. Once you fill out the information, your information will be verified and a Cash Refund Check will be mailed to you. Please complete ALL of the information requested in the survey, including the Address, City, and Zip Code.

We have heard many concerns about whether the Fall 2020 Season will be cancelled and what will our club policy be moving forward regarding refunds. Dynamo Soccer Club, nor the rest of the world, was not prepared for a global pandemic coming into the spring, mandating its cancellation. We are now proceeding in such a way that we will be better prepared and will be in a position to offer full refunds for the Dynamo Recreation Fall 2020 Season if the season is mandated to cancel again. The registration for Fall 2020 will be opened once credits are applied from the completion of the Spring 2020 Survey Link.

We understand that these options have taken awhile to come to pass and we understand and appreciate how much patience that you have held with Dynamo Soccer Club as we have worked to make sure that we offer the most fair options possible to our members, while also maintaining the club for future generations of children. We truly value our families and strive to continue to provide a physically and psychologically safe place for children to participate in soccer at reasonable costs.
