The Rules that Dynamo Soccer Club has opted to use for the Recreation and Academy Programs are derived from the guidelines set forth by US Soccer and VA Youth Soccer Association. Dynamo Soccer Club uses it's Recreation Rules as a guide to the development of it's participants.
Please understand that fouls, during the course of a match, are the sole determination of the referee. Please also understand that perspectives and lines of site can alter the perception of whether a foul has occurred. Different situations during the course of a match may cause a referee to allow the players to "play on" even though he/she may have seen a foul occur.
