Dynamo SC Recreation utilizes in-house referees to officiate U9 - U19 age division games. Our referee pool consists of USSF Certified and Non-Certified referees, ranging in age from 12 to adult. Our referees are trained to officiate our Recreation Program matches with safety and fairness in mind while abiding by IFAB’s Laws of the Game and Dynamo Recreation’s Rules of Competition.

What we Require from our Referees
- Attend Pre-Season Training Session
- Understanding and implementation of the Laws of the Game and Rules of Competition- Check our Game Rules & Policies Page for Dynamo SC age specific rules.
- Full Uniform (Referee Jersey, Black Shorts, Black Socks, Black Shoes)
- Required Gear: Whistle, Watch, AR Flags (if you are a U14 - U19 Center Referee), Caution Cards (Yellow/Red) for U11 and older.
- Arriving on-time (15 minutes before kick-off) to check-in, conduct safety checks, and start the match on time.
*Failure to abide by these rules, may result in your removal from the following week's schedule.
There are NO CELL PHONES allowed during the match and should not be used to keep time during the game. You must be focused on the play the entire match, so we ask that you refrain from any distractions.
As a referee, you must communicate any absences or conflicts with the referee coordinator in a timely manner. If you do not show up to your match without contacting the referee coordinator, we reserve the right to remove you from the schedule for the remainder of the season.
