Who may join the Christian Life Center?
Membership to our facilities is open to everyone.
How do I join the Christian Life Center and what is the membership fee?
Simply go to the Welcome Center, fill out an enrollment form, including medical information. Unlike most facilities, there are no contracts to sign.

Processing fees and yearly membership payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly membership at any time with a 30-day written notice.
How do I pay for my Christian Life Center membership?
Membership can be paid in one of two ways: (1) Automatic monthly charge to a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or checking account, (2) One-time yearly payment made with cash, credit card, or check.

May I bring a guest?
Yes, as a member you can bring a guest for $5 a person, per visit.
