Get a great workout with friends in our fitness classes led by certified instructors. If getting in great shape while having fun sounds like what you're after, then you can choose a class or a couple of classes from our diverse schedule. All classes are suitable for all levels.
Classes are free to members and are available to non-members and guests at $3. A punch card for 10 classes may be purchased for $30 at the Front Desk. Participants must be at least 12 years of age. Bring a towel, water, and a great attitude!

Class Descriptions:
Bootcamp — A solid workout for any level! Interval training will keep you moving and push you further than you thought you could go. Work on strength, cardio, and total body functional training.
HIIT Boxing — In this class, we draw from boxing techniques and training methods to deliver a unique high intensity interval training. You will be taught basic boxing techniques to implement during the workout. No experience necessary!
Karen's Collection — A variety of workouts from week to week to keep you moving and motivated! The focus of several workouts will be aerobic conditioning, while other workouts will focus on major muscle groups. Every workout will include a warm up and stretching cool down.
Mindful Movement — Provides strengthening, stretching, and alignment work through focused, efficient body movement. This class concentrates on disciplined movements throughout various exercises to gain body control, strength, balance, and flexibility.
Pilates — Develop your understanding of core support and application through the movement of Pilates Mat exercises. This class uses non-impact exercises to stretch and lengthen muscles, as well as improve alignment, posture, flexibility, and core strength.
Senior Cise — A class specially designed for senior adults. Senior Cise works on muscle strength, balance, and coordination. All levels of participants are welcome!
Yoga Lite — This yoga class is intentionally user-friendly. English names are used for the poses, and the instructor provides modifications for individuals. While perfect for beginners, there are plenty of challenges for those with more experience. The focus is on alignment, balance, and stretching, with a little strength work tossed in.
