Personal Training

Personal Training is a great way to reach your fitness and health goals. We have 3 Certified Personal Trainers available to ease you into a new workout or change up an old one. Only CLC Personal Trainers are allowed to work with clients in the CLC. Clair Melton

About Clair





    Clair Melton has been a personal trainer in Austin since 1997, working with people from 12 to 90 years old--males and females, athletes and non-athletes, and folks having a variety of physical needs and limitations. 

    Clair's education and varied fitness experiences have given her an extensive knowledge base, both broad and in-depth. Her understanding of the theories and principles of working with the human body enables her to pull together information from a variety of traditions, in order to find what your body best responds to. By combining analysis and a broad knowledge base, Clair constructs a workout plan that applies to you right where you are, and helps you proceed towards you goals. 

    We encourage you to take advantage of Clair's affordable prices to get the best workouts for your fitness goals! If you enjoy working out with a friend, Clair also provides discounted packages for pairs. 

    Certifications: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Sport Yoga Instructor, Mind-Body Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer Expert Level, Senior Fitness, Herbs and Supplements, USA Cycling Certified Mountain Bike Instructor and Cycling Coach Level 3.

    Sports: Cross Country Mountain Bike Racing, Ultra Endurance Trail Running, Adventure Racing, Orienteering.

About An-Marie

An-Marie uses complex free weight training to help people consistently improve themselves over the long term. As a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, she helps clients gain knowledge working through small changes to attain a healthier lifestyle. Her services and training methods have resulted in fat lost and increased muscle mass. She tailors to each of her clients needs and goals through a variety of training methods. 

An-Marie has 15 years experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, NCSF -CPT, PFTA -CPT, PFTA-Certified Sport Nutritionist, Yoga, Pilates, Silver Sneakers Certified, and Master Aqua Certified.

Ben is Australian born and bred and starts most conversations with “G’day.” He has played sports and been active his entire life. Ben began professionally training clients three years ago and has his Master Trainer Level 1 certification as well as multiple certifications from the Australian Institute of Fitness.

When you work out with Ben, you’ll train in a variety of methods that you enjoy, which bring results and keep you motivated. Ben specializes in weightlifting, boxing, cross training and sport focused training styles. If you need rehab work outs for injuries, he is great at that as well.

Personally, Ben’s athletic adventures include Australian rules football, basketball, Muay Thai, and track and field. His current training focus is on strength and power lifting. His best training partner is his wife, Shelby, who is also his best testimonial!

Ben is committed to making you a better version of yourself with each training session. If you see him in the fitness center stop and say hello! He’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
