Mission Statement

The Customer Service Committee is committed to bridging the communication gap between coaches and parents.  The Customer Service Committee will work in tandem with the coaching staff to ensure that both sides are properly represented.  By evaluating trends and identifying areas for improvement, the committee will ensure steps are taken to update and improve protocols that are in place.
