Soccer Evaluations (Age determined as of March 1st)

DIVISION 1 (6-7yrs old) @9:00AM

DIVISION 2 (8-10yrs old) @10:00AM

DIVISION 3 (11-13yrs old) @11:00AM

All evaluations will be held at Huntington Beach Branch, 2309 Delaware Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

There will be no evaluations necessary for the Tiny Tots, Pee Wee, and Kinder players. Player evaluations are conducted to place your child on the most appropriate team for his/her experience level or ability. Teams are organized based on individual player evaluation and team availability. While the Athletics Department may consider requests made by league participants, there is NO GUARANTEE that requests will be granted.  

BGCHV offers limited refunds for players withdrawing from the program. Parents must complete the Refund Request Form in order to be eligible for refund.  

-Withdrawals prior to evaluations will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. The Refund Request Form must be submitted prior to the date of evaluations.

-Withdrawals after evaluations will receive a 50% refund.

-No refunds will be given after the start of the season. Special circumstances such as injury are eligible for pro-rated credit to be applied toward a future season.
