2026 Youth Baseball - Spring

To provide our youth with the opportunity to successfully learn and play the-game of baseball. LYDS offers all levels of competition to encourage and assure the enjoyment, development and advancement of each participant. With the interests and welfare of our participants first and foremost, LYDS encourages its adult volunteers to model and teach the life concepts of character, self confidence, sportsmanship, teamwork and commitment.

Winter 2026 Academy

The Loveland Player Development Program (Academy) is for players who are interested in improving foundational skills through repetition. For the younger players, the goal is to build solid foundational fundamentals. For the older players, the goal is to build on those fundamentals and bridge the gap between recreational and competitive/select baseball. The program is a 6 week, once-a-week practice focusing on key fundamentals.

Similar to LYBO baseball, to make this program work, we need parents to volunteer to help run the sessions. Ideally, we’ll have 3-5 volunteers per session. LYBO is always in need of more volunteers and more coaches so this is an opportunity for you to get involved, become a part of LYBO, have some fun with the kids AND develop as coaches as well.

Winter 2026 Dates/Times:
This will be a 6-week session. Academy will run for six weeks beginning January 10th.

4/5/6U, a 7/8U, and a 9+ division (session) will be held on Saturdays scheduled between 11:30 and 3:30 (times will be confirmed soon) (1/10, 1/17, 1/24, 1/31, 2/7, and 2/14).
