CONDUCT:
Coaches / Players - Any coach or player, who is removed from a game by the umpire, baseball committee or SFO Board member, will be suspended for the next game they were scheduled to play automatically. They will not be allowed to participate in any practices before their next scheduled game. The SFO Board will meet with the person who removed the coach/player to determine if a longer suspension (including removal from all our sports) is necessary.

Parent – Parents, please remember that we are here for the enjoyment of your children. We will not tolerate any parent being rude or confronting the umpires, the coaches (your child’s or the other teams’), the children (even their own), or any other parents. Any parent who can not abide by this rule should stay home. If a parent is asked to leave they will be banned from the SFO Park for at least one game and the SFO Board will meet to determine if a longer ban is necessary.

Evaluation Schedule Thank you for your patience as we waited for all other sports to be done before we set an evaluation schedule.      Monday November 13th Sherrills Ford Elementary 6:30 3rd - 5th girls 7:30 6th - 8th girls Catawba Elementary 6:30 1st grade 7:15 2nd grade 8:00 6th - 8th boys Monday November 20th Catawba Elementary  6:30 3rd - 5th boys 8:00 High School boys Please do not come any earlier than 6:30.  A parent meeting will be held in the hallway during evaluations. There will not be an evaluation for kindergarten.  If your child is in kindergarten but you feel he/she is far beyond that level, please let us know so we can consider that when balancing the teams.          If you can't make evaluations... If your player will not be able to attend evaluations, please respond and let us know.  If a player is a no show and has not made contact, he/she will not be placed on a team and no refund will be issued.    Scheule a payment today...  All payments need to be made on the day of evaluations.  If you can not make the payment by then, please contact us to schedule a payment.  Any player who has not paid and has not made payment arrangments will not be placed on a team. No children left unattended... If you need to drop your player off at practice, please let your coach know that you are not going to be present.  Please do not let siblings roam the schools, hang out in the halls or play in the halls.  Coaches have also requested that no one, other than the teams schedule to practice/play is to be playing on the court or on the sidelines. If you signed up to coach or assist...  We are currently pulling all of our information together.  We have not made our list of coaches yet.  If you have signed up to coach, a seperate email will go to you no later than Saturday.  All coaches will be required to complete the USA Basketball certficiation by December 4th.  SFO will issue you an invite to this class and will cover the costs.
