Kindergarten

30 minutes of practice followed by a 30 minute game will played on Saturday morning/afternoons
Small-Sided Games:
SAY Soccer is continuing with the format of small team sizes to facilitate the development of our youth soccer players:
- Passers and Wings will play 7v7 on a smaller-size field
- Strikers will play 9v9 on a medium-size field
- Kickers will continue to play 11v11 on a full-size field
Birth Year Registration:
2022 Soccer registration open on April 11, 2022 and will close on May 31, 2022. No refunds (other than medical) will be provided after June 14th to coincide with SAY soccer roster completion.
SAY Soccer follows the United States Soccer Federation recommendation to use the Gold Age Matrix. To align St. Ignatius with the rest of SAY Soccer and the WCSA, and to ensure our kids will be playing against competition of the same age, we again will be creating our teams based on birth year rather than grade level.

*Please note: If your child was born in 2016 and is in Kindergarten during the 2022-2023 school year, they will play Kindergarten. However, if your child was born in 2016 and is in first grade during the 2022-2023 school year they will play Passers.
