Fingerprinting Information - Mandatory Fingerprinting

Effective November 2008, all head and assistant coaches must be fingerprinted to be eligible to coach for FRYB. FRYB will follow the state-wide process and therefore all fingerprinting will be done through the company IdentoGo.

PREVIOUS FINGERPRINTING
If you have not been fingerprinted in the past 3 years then your clearance has expired and you will need to be fingerprinted again.

If you were fingerprinted through another Flemington-Raritan Youth Organization (i.e. soccer or baseball) you may need to get fingerprinted again. You must request a copy of your fingerprinting report from the respective organization and EMAIL it to us.

FEES
FRYB will reimburse our coaches the fee ($44.13) for fingerprinting. See below for details

PROCESS
Each prospective head and assistant coach should follow this six-step process:

1. Go to https://uenroll.identogo.com/
2. Enter Service Code 2F1BJG
3. Complete the online forms and schedule your fingerprinting
4. Email [email protected] a copy of your receipt or mail it to FRYB PO Box 401 Flemington NJ 08822
5. Write down our Contributor Case # PRR. It may be needed during your appointment
6. Done!
