Dibs

Once you log into www.slplittleleague.com, click on the Dibs tab along the top right of the page where you will see 2025 Little League Volunteers. Click this and it will bring you to where you can see all Dibs available, claimed, etc.  Make sure to check frequently as cancelled Dibs items may become available.

Please be sure to read the Volunteer page on the website after you have signed in (Sports Engine) prior to your shift for notes and details pertaining to your volunteer role.

Here are a few reminders for the season:

• If you cannot work your scheduled shift, and the time to cancel your shift in Dibs has passed, you will be expected to find your own replacement.
• Please make every effort to talk to other parents on your team, parents from school you know are in Little League, or family members.
• If you are still unable to find a replacement, you can contact Julie Van Guilder at [email protected] or 952-212-6523.
• Rain out policy: Please check the website at: www.slplittleleague.com before your shift.
• If the games have been called off prior to your shift starting, you will be asked to reschedule your hours either by working the rescheduled makeup game or selecting new Dibs postings.
• If the game is delayed, you will be asked to work a delayed shift (i.e., if the games are delayed by 2 hours, you will be asked to delay your shift by 2 hours).
• If you are unable to work a delayed shift, you will need to make up those hours by selecting a new Dibs posting.
• If you have arrived for your shift, and the games have been delayed or cancelled, you will be asked to work the hours you are able, and will be credited for the full shift.

Free Icees: Free Icee treats are available for all uniformed players after their games. If a friend or sibling wants an Icee, these will be available for sale.

Sign in sheet: Please sign in with your name or the name of the person who signed up for the shift for every shift AT THE END OF YOUR SHIFT on the Ipad in the stand.  No credit for hours will be given if you hired/appointed a sub and they do not show up for your shift.  Hours will be posted in Dibs for all shifts properly recorded on the log sheet in the concession stands.  Please allow 1 week for the hours to be credited to your account. If your hours for the previous week are not posted, please contact Julie Van Guilder at [email protected].  You will receive a response to your email within 24 hours.

Out of products: If you run out of products (hotdogs, hotdog buns, soda, etc.), keep track of these items on a notepad in the stands. We will be ordering and delivering products twice a week.

Closing concessions: Please follow closing instructions in the Volunteer Sign In Binder found in each concession stand.
